I am very lucky. I get to see the whole world. I get to see many wonderful things. People have done such great things.
But, I see a lot of things that make me a little sad too. I see people who are hungry. I see people who are hurting. I see many things that make me thankful for all that I have.
And I see many things that give me hope.
Many of my little friends ask me, “Santa Claus, what are some good presents for Moms and Dads”?
Then some of my friends ask me, “Santa Claus, why do you not bring as many presents for Mummies or Daddies or other grown-ups?”.
Well, the answer may surprise you!

I was busy this morning. I visited many places as I travel around the World!
The places I visited do something special today. It is called Saint Lucia’s Day. Some people call it Saint Lucy’s Day. It is a day about Light winning over Darkness.
And that is what Christmas is about in many ways too!
